Contracting Party

When you shop with Scandibrown (a trademark owned by Brown Borås AB), you enter into an agreement with Brown Borås AB, registration number 5594003187, with address Åsbogatan 11, 50336 Borås, Sweden.

Age Restriction

Our products have no upper or lower age restriction. All products are developed for adult customers and can be used from age 18 and above.

We offer the following secure payment methods: • Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) • Stripe (card payments) • PayPal All payments are processed through encrypted payment solutions. We never store your card details on our servers.

Delivery Terms

Delivery time: 5–10 business days from confirmed order. Shipping costs: • Free shipping on orders over €50 • €5.99 for orders under €50 Delivery options: • Standard delivery • Express delivery (for an additional fee) We deliver to most European countries.

Return Policy

For returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we packed the wrong item. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not as cash on delivery. 14-day right of withdrawal: We follow distance-selling legislation, which means you have the right to return ordered goods without giving a reason. To cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from the day you received your order (or the main part of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original packaging. If you as a customer have handled the item more than necessary to establish its characteristics or function, and this has reduced the item's value, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to that reduction in value from the refund. Refunds: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from the day we received the item. Complaint Handling

We always check our goods carefully when we receive them from suppliers and before we send them to you as a customer. If you receive a damaged product, contact us as soon as possible and describe the issue. If a product is damaged or does not meet expectations during use and a complaint is needed, contact us at contact@scandibrown.com with your order number and an attached image showing the defect clearly, so we can handle your complaint efficiently. We follow applicable consumer legislation where the complaint period is three years. When filing a complaint, provide your order number and details of the defect/damage. If a return is required, the item must be packed in a way that prevents damage during transport. We inspect all returned products carefully, and for valid complaint cases we cover shipping costs. In case of dispute, our policy is to follow the recommendations of Allmänna reklamationsnämnden. You can also turn to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden to have a dispute assessed. Brown Borås AB reserves the right to replace a defective product with an equivalent one if an identical product is unavailable. For complaints where the customer does not request a replacement, Brown Borås AB will refund the order amount or cancel the invoice within 14 days from the date the returned item is received.
